Our dear friends at Zest Cafe need our help. The owner of Zest Cafe, Chef Vince, has been diagnosed with Stage 3 Follicular Lymphoma. Vince and Kelli have had to close Zest Cafe until further notice to allow them to focus on treatment and healing.

Zest Cafe is an important part of our community and we would like to help Vince and Kelli in any way we can. We hosted a pancake breakfast benefit for Vince / Kelli on Sunday, September 19th, from 9AM to 12PM, in the courtyard of Zest and Wild Birds Unlimited. We served pancakes, sausage, orange juice, and coffee. The event was donation-based with 100% of the proceeds going to Vince/Kelli. On Sunday, the team made about 1,200 pancakes and served over 600 people. We raised around $7,000 on Sunday alone and earned $6,593 on the GoFundMe page so far. Also, a big thank you to Denver 7 News for reporting on the story.

If you were not able to join for the breakfast but still want to help, please consider donating to the Zest Cafe GoFundMe here https://gofund.me/b74b4732 - we've defined a goal of $6,000 to help Vince and Kelli through these challenging times.

We appreciate everyone's continued support of them and their small business.
